Privacy notice

What we collect when you contact us, why, who handles it and what your rights are. Last updated 29 October 2026.

Who we are

This website is run by Najib Noor, trading as Linex AI Solutions, of 3 Red Lion Court, Alexandra Road, TW3 1JS. Najib Noor is a sole trader.

Najib Noor, trading as Linex AI Solutions, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us about it at najibnoorabdi@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms.

  • Contact form: your name, email address and message.
  • Quote form: your name, email address, business name, business type, the services you are interested in, a description of what is going wrong, your rough monthly enquiry volume, your preferred contact method, whether you ticked the consent box and, if you give it, your phone number.

Our form service checks submissions for spam. To do that it logs technical data about your visit: your IP address, your browser's user agent and the page you sent the form from (the referrer).

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, the pages requested and the date and time. We do not use them to identify you.

You may mention other people, such as colleagues or customers, in a message. Please keep this to what we need to understand your request.

How we use it and our lawful basis

We use your details to read your enquiry, reply to you and, where it makes sense, prepare a quote. We do not add you to marketing lists and we do not sell your details.

  • Quote requests: we process your details with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the quote form (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
  • Replying to enquiries: we process your details for our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). You contacted us and would expect a reply, so we think this is a fair balance.
  • Spam filtering and server logs: we and our providers have a legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and free of spam.

If we later work together, we will hold records we are required to keep by law, such as for tax, under a separate notice or agreement.

Who handles your data

We use these service providers, who act on our instructions:

  • Formspree, Inc. receives what you send through our forms, checks it for spam and emails it to us. It processes your data in the United States. Submissions are stored in our Formspree account until we delete them.
  • Netlify, Inc. hosts this website. It does not receive what you type into our forms.
  • Google (Gmail) is our email provider. Formspree sends each submission to our Gmail inbox, and our replies to you go from there.

We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

International transfers

Formspree processes form submissions in the United States, so your details leave the UK. The safeguard for that transfer is: Formspree states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers of personal data.

Formspree's spam filter, Formshield, scans submissions to detect spam.

Netlify and Google may also process data outside the UK, for hosting and email. They rely on transfer mechanisms the UK GDPR allows.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for 12 months, then delete it. We delete submissions from our Formspree dashboard and the matching emails from our inbox. We may keep it longer if you become a client, or if the law requires us to.

Server logs are kept by our host for a short period set by them.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. It has no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not store anything on your device.

If that changes, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy
  • correct anything that is wrong
  • delete your data
  • restrict how we use it
  • give you your data in a portable format, where this applies
  • stop using it, where we rely on legitimate interests

To use any of these rights, email najibnoorabdi@gmail.com. We will answer within one month.

Complaints

Please tell us first so we can put things right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For how you may use the site, see our terms.
